The Life
Homestead owners of the Maytag Ranch have access to over 2,900 acres, & use of shared amenities
including the use of the Main Cookhouse, guest cabins, & equestrian facilities.
The 4,000 sq. ft. lodge, complete with custom commercial kitchen & spacious
great room for family gatherings or corporate events, sits adjacent to a ½ acre stocked pond.
The equestrian center includes a 6 stall barn with runs, round pen, outdoor riding arena
& access to quarter horses.
Owners have access to an organic garden, orchard, trout stocked ponds & improved year round
creeks. Two private, fully furnished guest cabins are well appointed
with all the comforts of home & are available for guests of owners or current landowners
that do not have a home built yet. Owners are currently allotted 2 weeks of use in the cabins,
but up to 2 additional weeks may be requested (dates permitting).
